Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. Brands may also provide business name, billing information, and tax identification numbers.

Profile information: Vibers may optionally provide a profile photo, bio, social media handles, audience demographics, and content categories.

Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, search queries, and time spent.

Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.

Communications: Messages exchanged between Vibers and Brands through the platform, and any correspondence with our support team.

To operate the platform: Creating and managing accounts, facilitating Mission matching, processing payments, and providing customer support.

To improve the platform: Analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, and developing new features.

To communicate with you: Sending transactional emails (Mission updates, payment confirmations), platform announcements, and — with your consent — marketing communications.

To ensure safety and compliance: Detecting fraud, enforcing our Terms of Service, and complying with legal obligations.

With other users: Viber profiles (name, bio, content categories, audience stats) are visible to Brands. Brand profiles and Mission details are visible to Vibers. We do not share your private contact information without your consent.

With service providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help us operate the platform, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and email delivery providers. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.

For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vibripple, our users, or the public.

Business transfers: If Vibripple is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., payment records may be retained for up to 7 years).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of passwords, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Vibripple is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
