Creator & Viber Agreement

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Vibripple or any Brand. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. Vibripple will not withhold taxes on your behalf.

You may be required to provide tax information (e.g., a W-9 or W-8BEN) before receiving payment. Vibripple may issue a 1099 or equivalent tax form if required by law.

When you apply to a Mission and are accepted by a Brand, you enter into a binding commitment to complete the Mission deliverables as described in the Mission brief within the stated timeline.

If you are unable to complete a Mission, you must notify the Brand and Vibripple support as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations or failures to complete accepted Missions may result in account suspension.

Deliverables must meet the quality standards described in the Mission brief. Brands may request one round of reasonable revisions. Vibripple's review team makes final determinations on Mission completion disputes.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to any Brand in all content you create as part of a Mission. This includes using disclosures such as #ad, #sponsored, or #partner in social media posts, or equivalent disclosures in other content formats.

Disclosures must be placed where they are easily noticed - not buried in hashtags or below a read-more fold. Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Mission termination and forfeiture of payment.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By completing a Mission, you grant the applicable Brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, and promote your Mission content on their own channels for the duration specified in the Mission brief (default: 12 months).

You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and that you have all necessary rights to any music, images, or other materials included in your content.

You may not: purchase fake followers, likes, or engagement; use bots or automation to inflate performance metrics; submit content that was not genuinely created by you; make false or misleading claims about a Brand's products or services; or accept Missions for competing brands simultaneously without disclosure.

Payment is released upon verified Mission completion, typically within 3-5 business days. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Vibripple is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

Vibripple deducts a platform fee from Mission compensation before disbursement. The applicable fee is disclosed in the Mission details before you apply.

Mission briefs, Brand materials, and any non-public information shared with you in connection with a Mission are confidential. You may not disclose such information to third parties or use it for any purpose other than completing the Mission.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. If you terminate after accepting a Mission but before completing it, you forfeit any compensation for that Mission. Vibripple may terminate your account for material breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Service.
