Terms of Service

Vibripple is a brand ambassador marketplace that connects brands with everyday ambassadors (Vibers) to create authentic marketing campaigns (Missions). Vibripple, Inc. operates the platform available at vibripple.com and related mobile applications.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Vibripple platform, including all content, features, and services offered through it.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vibripple.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create more than one account per person or entity without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Brands post Missions with defined deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Vibers apply to Missions and, upon acceptance, agree to complete the stated deliverables in accordance with the Mission brief.

Brands must fund Mission budgets before Vibers are asked to perform any work. Vibripple holds funds in escrow and releases payment to Vibers upon verified completion of Mission deliverables, typically within 3-5 business days.

Vibripple charges a platform fee on each completed Mission. Fee schedules are disclosed at the time of Mission creation and may be updated with 30 days notice.

Disputes regarding Mission completion must be raised within 7 days of submission. Vibripple's determination in any dispute is final.

You retain ownership of content you create and post through the platform. By posting content, you grant Vibripple a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating the platform.

You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law. You must comply with the FTC's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, including clearly disclosing any material connection to a brand.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators.

The Vibripple name, logo, platform design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Vibripple, Inc. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Mission briefs, brand assets, and materials provided by Brands remain the property of the respective Brand. Vibers may use such materials solely to complete the applicable Mission.

The platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibripple's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Vibripple in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

In no event shall Vibripple be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
